Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique return authorization code.
Prepare Your Package
Place the jewelry in its original Anna Lou of London packaging and ensure it is securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Send the package back to our London studio using a tracked shipping service; please retain your proof of postage until the return is processed.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 7-10 business days.
